Hi Brian,
I’ve see your article in CIO.com. Very interesting.
We’re trying to put an open-source product together with support for all major (supportable) ITIL processes. You can find an overview at http://www.project-open.com/en/solutions/project-open-open-source-itsm.html and a demo server at http://po34demo.dnsalias.com/.
The new “product” is basically a preconfigured “template” of our proven project/ service management application ranked at #125 at SourceForge currently.
However, it’s not that easy to put together a “prototypical SMB” configuration… Please let me know if you’re interested in discussing the topic. I guess the project could be interesting for your readers, and I’m sure you could provide use with feedback.
Bests,
Frank
